Our game is a scrolling vertical shooter set inside a human body where substances which the body recognizes as alien, such as bacteria, viruses or infections are fought by White blood cells which the player controls. We based this off of the prompt; 

“Accidents will happen. Where playing should feel like some things just go wrong, despite the player's best efforts”
